About Practice Radar
Practice Radar is local search software for UK dental practices. It maps every practice competing in a practice’s town, measures where it really stands on Google and says plainly what would move it. Then, when the practice approves, it makes the changes itself. It was built by Jack Henty, business director and co-owner of Bollington Dental Practice, an independent practice in Cheshire, and the dashboard a subscriber logs into is the one that practice still runs on. Plans include Insight at £249 a month and Growth at £549 a month, and the first month is free, with no card. The company is Practice Radar Limited, registered in England and Wales, Companies House number 17476616, incorporated on 23 September 2026.

Headline figures from our studies.
The method, sources and caveats behind each figure are in the study it links to.
70 and 249 reviews
Google reviews held by the practices on the map, by how many practices compete in the town. The median is 70 reviews where five or fewer compete and 249 where twelve or more do.
£3.15 a UDA apart
The median gap in price per UDA between two contracts within a mile of each other. One pair in three is £5 or more apart, worth £59,115 a year on a median-sized contract.
23 councils
23 councils, home to about 1.6 million children, have decay significantly worse than England’s 22.4% (2023/24 survey) and a smaller share of children seen than England’s 58.9% in the year to March 2026.
29% more residents per site
7,109 residents per NHS-registered dental practice site around the most deprived fifth of 1,130 English places, against 5,151 around the least deprived. Between places of the same size the gap is 29%.
665,000 more over-85s
England is projected to have 665,000 more people aged 85 and over in 2034 than in 2024, up 45.1%, and 904,000 fewer children, down 7.6% (ONS 2022-based projections).
6 of 25 squares
In the median town, half the people in a 5 by 5 mile grid around the centre live in just 6 of its 25 squares.
Jack Henty
Practice Radar was built by Jack Henty, business director and co-owner of Bollington Dental Practice, an independent practice in Cheshire. The practice had good clinicians, loyal patients and nearly fifty years of history, and it was almost invisible in local search. Jack had spent half a decade in corporate marketing before going into dentistry with his fiancée, who practises at Bollington.
He built tooling to see the market the way Google saw it: every practice in town on one map, every ranking checked weekly, every review counted, and a short list of what to fix next. Then he productised the exact tooling. More on the about page.
Jack is available for interview and for questions about method. Email hello@practiceradar.co.uk.
