Dental SEO and marketing, measured

See where your practice ranks in town, then let it make the changes.

Dental SEO software that does the work. It maps every practice competing with yours, checks the rankings every week, then writes the page changes, adds the ad negatives and posts the review replies. Each one once you approve it, each one reversible.

No card. Four fields, under a minute. A free month of Growth, everything on this page; the changes it proposes are applied once you are on a plan. Nothing starts when it ends unless you choose a plan: Insight £249 a month, Growth £549.

  • 9th to 1stof 18 local practices on UK-wide search value, May to September
  • 6 to 194page-one keywords
  • 7.2 to 69.1clicks from Google a day
  • 10kinds of change it applies once you approve them

Our own practice, Bollington Dental Practice in Cheshire, the one we can prove. The rank is the tool's own read of the town; the keywords and clicks are Google's counts from Search Console. The tool itself is built on a public study of 1,532 UK towns and cities.

What you get in the free month

Three things a dentist cannot see from the chair.

The same three screens our own practice used to go from ninth to first of its town's practices on UK-wide search value. No jargon, no forty-page report. Then, on Growth, the changes they call for are applied once you approve them.

See who takes each search in your town

Type "dentist" plus your town into Google and one practice is chosen. Practice Radar shows you which one, for every search that matters, and how much of the town each practice holds.

  • Every practice within driving distance on one map, sized by its share of local search
  • The three practices Google shows on the map for each search, and how many reviews they hold
  • Who moved up or down since last week, and on which search

Know whether your SEO is working

Whoever does your SEO, you get an independent read of it. Rankings are re-checked every week from public results, and if you connect Google Search Console the clicks are Google's own count, not an estimate.

  • Your position on every search you track, re-checked weekly, with what moved up and what moved down
  • Clicks and enquiries from Google, measured rather than reported
  • The searches your rivals win that nobody is tracking

Get the three things worth doing next

Every month the brief names the three actions with the most to gain, each with the evidence behind it and the effort it takes. Do them, and the next month's read shows what moved.

  • Three sequenced actions a month, each with its evidence
  • Plain enough for the owner to read, specific enough to hand to whoever does the work
  • What moved after you acted, so the work is measured, not assumed
  • On Growth, connect your website and the changes are applied for you once you approve them: titles, new local pages, answers, links, fixes, images and structured data

One action from the demo's brief. The map and rankings need nothing connected; the actions that write to your site or your ads need the connection they name.
Then it does the work

Approve a change and it is done.

Every other dental SEO tool ends at telling you what to change. Practice Radar proposes the exact change, says why, and applies it when you press Approve: to your website, to your Google Ads campaign, to your Google listing. Each one logged, each one put back with one click.

It writes the page changes

A title rewritten for the search it should win, a local page drafted for one you have no page for, answers appended, a link placed, a broken link fixed, an image compressed. Connect WordPress with a one-file plugin, or Webflow and Wix with a key, and each change is applied when you approve it, read back live, and put back with one click. The list above is the WordPress queue; on Webflow and Wix it holds titles, descriptions and social previews, and on Wix structured data. From Growth.

It adds the ad negatives

Every search that took budget and booked nobody is proposed as a negative keyword, with what it cost and how many clicks it took. Approve one and it is added to the campaign it fired in through the Google Ads API, and put back with one click. No budget or bid is ever touched. From Growth.

One ad negative in Practice Radar: the wasted search, what it cost, the match type to add and the Approve and add button

It posts the review replies

New Google reviews are drafted in your practice's own voice and posted after you approve them, or on a rule you set once: which star ratings, what tone, how long a wait. Anything below your floor waits for a person, and every posted reply is logged. From Growth.

Before you decide

The five things owners ask first.

I already have an agency

Keep them. Practice Radar is not an agency: no retainer, no account manager. It proposes the changes and applies the ones you approve, one click back if you change your mind; your agency sees the same queue and the same map, so the conversation is about your town, not a PDF, and the small changes stop waiting for a ticket.

I do not have time for another tool

The map builds itself and the rankings re-check themselves. The Monday email takes two minutes to read; the monthly brief asks for three actions. If you never log in, the email still tells you what moved. Connect your site and the page changes are one click each rather than a job for someone.

Will it work for my town

It reads one town at a time from public results, so it works wherever patients search Google for a dentist. We have measured 1,532 UK towns and cities; the tool tells you which practice holds yours.

What happens after the free month

Nothing, unless you choose a plan. There is no card to take, so nothing can start by itself. The account simply closes at day thirty. If you stay, cancel any month; your rate never rises.

What does it cost after

The free month is Growth, everything on this page. After it: Insight £249 a month for the map, rankings and weekly email, or Growth £549, the plan our practice runs on, adding the brief and your Google accounts.

Who made it

Built inside a dental practice, not a pitch deck.

Practice Radar was built by Jack Henty, co-owner of Bollington Dental Practice in Cheshire. The agency reports said things were fine; the phones said otherwise. So he built the tooling to see the town the way Google saw it, took the practice from ninth in its town's searches in May to first in September, and opened the same tooling to other practices. The dashboard above is the live demo's sample town; the figures on this page are our own practice's.

Questions

Asked before starting.

Where does the data come from?

Public search results, business listings and review counts, gathered the way a patient's search would see them. If you connect Google Search Console or Analytics, and only if you do, it also reads your own accounts. Nothing about patients is ever collected.

Do you need access to my website?

Only if you want the changes applied. The map, the rankings and the brief read public search results. Connect your website, your Google accounts or your Ads account when you are ready, each with a plain description of what it is allowed to do, and nothing is written without your approval. The connections guide walks through each one, or book a call and be walked through it.

How long until I see my town?

On Insight and Growth, with an email at your practice's own website address, the map starts building the moment you confirm. With any other address it starts within one working day, usually the same day. Territory holds your area exclusively, so a Territory signup is always checked by a person first, within one working day.
